Welsh singing sensation Elfed Morgan Morris is due to perform at this years North Wales Choral Festival.

Elfed a teacher at Ysgol John Bright, Llandudno shot to fame earlier this year as he was announced winner of the Cân i Gymru (Song for Wales) competition performing his song Gofidiau (Sorrows).

As if filling his days teaching wasn’t enough, Elfed is also the conductor for the local choir Côr Cofnod and is looking forward to being a part of the event.

He will perform during adjudication of the overall evening Winners Concert and will be a welcome distraction to those choir members waiting in the sidelines for the all important winner announcement.
